We're looking for a passionate Account Manager to join our team, for an exciting field role!

Your responsibilities:

• Promoting talents to key positions in leading technology companies in Israel
• Creating new collaborations with clients in the high-tech, cyber, and defense industries
• Leading precise recruitment processes

Our ideal candidate has:

• Experience in account management, including negotiation and contract closing in recruitment companies
• Experience in technological recruitment in the outsourcing field – big advantage, huge
• Orientation for sales, high-level communication skills and an ability to build long term client relations
• Ability to independently manage processes and meet goals

The position is a field role – willingness to frequent travel is required.

Our office is located in Ramat Gan, with hybrid work possible after a training period.
