About the Job

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly communicative QA Engineer to join our growing team. As our first internal QA hire, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how we ensure quality in Match Masters. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and producers to build testing processes from the ground up and help us maintain the high standards our players expect. This is a rare opportunity to both own and create the QA function inside a fast-moving game studio.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for all things QA - from hands-on testing to process building
• Collaborate with the dev team to define, improve, and enforce QA practices within our workflow
• Write and execute test plans for new features, content updates, and live ops
• Identify, document, and track bugs and usability issues
• Advocate for quality across all stages of development
• Work independently and manage your own testing pipeline based on release priorities
• Provide fast, clear, and constructive feedback to multiple stakeholders
• Help shape a long-term QA roadmap, including tools, automation, and team growth

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA within the mobile gaming industry - MUST
• Deep familiarity with testing on both iOS and Android platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who thrives on autonomy and takes initiative without waiting for detailed instructions
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to make things better
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; you can isolate and reproduce tricky bugs
• Ability to adapt quickly to our current processes - and improve them as we go
