We’re seeking a hands-on, passionate BI Team Lead to join our fast-paced, data-driven environment. We'd love to meet you if you’re excited about shaping how a company interacts with data and building impactful dashboards that drive decisions.

Description

• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of BI engineers and platform specialists, driving a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Take full ownership of the data warehouse and BI layer, ensuring the data infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and supports all downstream use cases.
• Solving problems and creating ETL pipelines using Python.
• Model and maintain the data warehouse, including dimensional models and semantic layers that serve analysts and BI users across the company.
• Act as the focal point for all dashboard creation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, management and business stakeholders) to define and implement data visualization solutions.
• Administer and manage the infrastructure of our BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), including user management, permissions, performance optimization, and integrations.
