Brand Manager

Kasha is a global platform designed to empower small business owners, solopreneurs, and freelancers by providing an all-in-one tool to start, run, and grow their businesses. We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more.

About the Role

Kasha is looking for a versatile and creative Brand Designer to help elevate our visual identity across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and is comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline design processes and ideation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building consistent and compelling brand experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Own Kasha’s visual presence, communicate value, emotion and technical message with visual assets.

· Design engaging marketing materials, including digital ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, and presentations.

· Translate brand strategy into visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

· Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and design solutions.

· Utilize AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) to enhance efficiency and creative output.

· Support brand guidelines development and maintain a library of templates and design assets.

· Provide design support for internal communications and events as needed.

Requirements

· 2–4 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or marketing design (in-house or agency).

· Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of brand, marketing, and digital design work.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma, and Canva.

· Experience using AI tools for image generation, layout, or content adaptation.

· Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and composition.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision, agile, dynamic, not afraid to figure things out.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

· Basic motion design or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere).

· Experience working in a startup or fast-growth company.

· Familiarity with HTML/CSS or design systems.
