IT Excellence (OpEx) Analyst

📍 Hybrid | Central Israel – Shfela region

We’re hiring an IT Excellence Analyst to join our global IT Communications & Excellence team. This hybrid role is based in the Shfela area and focuses on driving continuous improvement, optimizing IT processes, and supporting strategic decision-making through data and performance insights.

✨ What you'll be doing:

• Optimize IT processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and process redesign workshops.
• Track KPIs and identify performance gaps using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance, governance, and maintain clear documentation.
• Promote a culture of excellence through training and change management.

🔎 We're looking for someone with:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• A relevant academic degree (IT, Business, or related field).

🎯 Bonus points for:

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).
• Experience with enterprise IT systems and tools like Power BI.
