Recruitment and Matching Specialist – Drushim IL (yad2)

At Drushim IL, part of yad2, we’re looking for a driven and people-focused Recruitment & Matching Consultant to join our growing team.

What You Will Be Doing

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our employer clients

* Source candidates using multiple channels

* Screen CVs and conduct phone interviews

* Assess candidate fit and match them to open roles

* Build strong relationships with employers and help them hire smarter

Your Skills and Experience

* Previous experience in recruitment, placement, or sourcing – a must

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to multitask and manage several processes at once

* Independent, organized, and motivated by results
