MATICS is seeking an energetic and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Israel and international team to generate new logo meetings for our sales team.

About the role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team, reporting to the MATICS Marketing Manager. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify, engage, and qualify leads, paving the way for successful sales conversions.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential customers and target accounts
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Communicate the value proposition of our product/service to potential customers
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and follow up on event and content-driven leads
- Maintain accurate records of activities and lead status in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities
- Collaborate daily with team members to share insights, optimize outreach strategies, and align on messaging and goals.
Requirements:
- +2 years of proven experience in a SaaS SDR role
- Exceptional written and verbal English & Hebrew
- Strong interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality and resilience in handling objections
- Self-starter with strong time-management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with systems and tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Hubspot, and Cognism
- 3 days working from our Haifa office
- 2 days of remote, including flexibility to periodically manage EST (USA) hours
