We are looking for a System Testing Department Head for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, On-site in Netanya.

Responsibilities

• Manage the system testing domain within the organization, including planning and executing tests on complex systems
• Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies.Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing
• Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity.Implement automation of testing processes where applicable
• Train and professionally manage the testing team
• Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement
  
  

• 5-7 years of experience in system testing, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role - Must
• Ability to lead and manage technical teams - Must
• Experience in testing large, complex systems, including integration testing - Must
• Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing- Must
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks
• Experience with cloud-based systems or enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) - an advantage
