What You Will Be Doing
- Directing, coaching and developing team leaders and team members to ensure they provide highest possible service in a safe and compliant operational environment
- Educating your team on current processes and procedures, targets and goals
- Making sure all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements
- Overseeing operational projects and initiatives to ensure planned results are delivered on time and within budget
- Managing and controlling your station's costs and budget
- Leading continuous optimisation and improvement of business processes
- Ensuring your station's accurate and timely reporting
- Experience in a leadership role
- Excellent analytical skills, and the ability to plan and organise meticulously
- Strong communication and social skills and ability to present to a wide audience confidently
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience with leading / delivering projects
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
