Role Description

We're hiring a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute campaigns that bring in high-quality leads, build our brand, and grow our community.

📍 Location: On-site at our Ramat Gan offices

🎯 Your mission: Drive paid and organic growth. Launch. Analyze. Optimize. Repeat.

What You’ll Do

• Lead social media marketing campaigns
• Manage lead generation efforts across all platforms
• Monitor and optimize web analytics & conversion metrics
• Own digital strategy end-to-end and work closely with our content, design & sales teams

Qualifications

✅ Proven experience in social media marketing & lead generation

✅ Strong digital marketing strategy and execution skills

✅ Data-driven mindset – you don’t guess, you test

✅ Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Hebrew & English)

✅ Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, Meta Ads Manager)

✅ Bonus: Experience in the education or finance sector
