So, what’s the role all about?

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will develop the next generation Work Force Management solution for our contact center solution.

On this role you will get the exposure to new and exciting technologies and collaborate with professional engineers, architects, and product managers to create NICE’s advanced line of cloud products

 

How will you make an impact?  

• Develop end to end cloud features on top of AWS using Java, Python and many AWS services
• Optimizing components for maximum performance
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and efficient project execution and continuous improvement
• Take part in all aspects of application's lifecycle, having an opportunity to impact on the implementation of the feature as part of working in an agile team 
• Lead features design and implementations, set the bar for the team standards and advise on tech. selection
  
  

Have you got what it takes?

• Computer Science B.Sc./BE/BEng
• GPA of at least 85
• At least 8 years of experience
• Good understanding of OOP and OOD concepts
• Knowledge in Client/Server-side oriented software systems
• Experience in working with cloud (SAAS) environments
• Self-motivated, accountable, quick learner and team player
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent English
  
  

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in coding in JavaScript/angular
• Leading skills, e.g.: methodologies/scrum, software architecture
