Information Technology Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on and experienced IT & Network Support Administrator to join our tech team. In this role, you won’t just be supporting users—you’ll also be responsible for managing core systems like servers, networks, and backups. You’ll be involved in both day-to-day support and the bigger-picture work of keeping our IT infrastructure secure, stable, and up to date.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide technical support to employees—resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Maintain and manage physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux), including user management, updates, backups, and monitoring.

• Configure and troubleshoot network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Set up new workstations, laptops, and IT equipment; manage user accounts and access permissions.

• Monitor system health and performance—identifying and fixing problems proactively.

• Manage VPN access, network shares, file permissions, and security tools.

• Support infrastructure upgrades and assist with IT projects (e.g., migrations, system rollouts).

• Keep IT documentation updated (network diagrams, access logs, configs, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, with hands-on experience managing servers and network equipment.

• Solid understanding of Windows Server and/or Linux system administration.

• Experience managing backups and basic disaster recovery procedures.

English HEBREW —written and spoken.

• Good communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
