👥 Sales & Service Specialist – Hospitality & Events for Business Clients

Location: Tel Aviv HQ + frequent field meetings

Position type: Full-time

SwitchUp, a leading workspace real estate solutions company, is expanding its offering and looking for a Sales & Service Specialist with strong interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proven experience in hospitality, events, or production.

This is a dynamic, client-facing role focused on selling hospitality and experience services to existing business clients. You’ll lead the customer journey end to end – from initial idea to closing the deal – while helping shape our growing service offering and building long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for a people-person, a sales-driven go-getter who thrives in the field and gets excited by new business opportunities.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

Lead the sales of SwitchUp’s hospitality and event services to our B2B client base

Conduct frequent meetings with clients – both in the office and on-site

Develop tailored proposals based on each client’s needs

Work closely with vendors, production partners, and service providers

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales – required

Background in hospitality, event production, or similar – a strong advantage

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a service-first mindset

Proactive, independent, creative, and able to move fast and drive results
