Social Media Marketing Manager

Emilia Digital is looking for a Social Media Manager! ✨

We’re seeking a new addition to our team—someone with a positive attitude, creativity, a genuine love for Instagram and TikTok, and the ability to turn ideas into reality quickly and to a high standard.

Position: Part-time, office-based (no remote work), with real rapid-growth potential.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and produce content for clients (primarily TikTok and Reels)
• Shoot social-media materials (UGC, interviews, trend clips, photos)
• Edit footage using CapCut or Premiere
• Write simple on-screen text and captions
• Collaborate in a team under varying briefs
• Meet deadlines and targets

What we’re looking for:

• Strong client-management skills: handling client briefs, creating and managing Gantt charts, tracking project timelines, and communicating progress clearly
• Basic proficiency with Canva and other editing apps
• iPhone 15 or newer (mandatory)
• Agility, precision, and the ability to work quickly under pressure
• Part-time availability with flexible hours (including occasional evenings)
• Positive energy and a true passion for content creation
