IT Manager - Leading Financial Technology Company

A leading global fintech company (~100 employees) developing an advanced trading platform is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead organizational IT infrastructure and security.

This is a key role in a stable and established company with advanced R&D, IT, and Product teams.

📍 Location: Sharon area, Israel

The Role Includes:

🔸 End-to-end IT infrastructure management - cloud environments, endpoint management, and hybrid infrastructures

🔸 Leading cybersecurity strategy - policies, compliance, and regulatory adherence (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR)

🔸 Identity and access management - Active Directory, endpoint security (Intune), network security (Fortinet)

🔸 Ensuring service continuity - automation, system monitoring (Zabbix, GLPI), and operational stability

🔸 Procurement and vendor management - IT budget planning, vendor relationship management, and technology procurement

🔸 Risk management and security - handling security incidents, leading internal and external audits

Required Qualifications:

🔸 5+ years of experience in IT and security management (experience in high-tech/fintech - significant advantage)

🔸 Proven experience with Microsoft AD, Fortinet, Intune, monitoring tools (Zabbix or similar), SIEM tools

🔸 Working experience with hybrid environments - cloud and on-premises

🔸 Experience leading compliance processes and internal/external audits

🔸 Leadership capabilities with hands-on technical skills and business-oriented approach

🔸 Relevant degree and security certifications - advantage
