Help Desk Specialist

A leading fintech company is looking for a Help Desk Representative for a temporary position of six months (with an option for extension).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support and assistance to internal users, managing and maintaining the DOMAIN environment
• Manage permissions and user accounts in Active Directory
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, IP telephony, and network communication
• Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and enhance the company’s IT infrastructure

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Help Desk Technician or Network Administrator (military experience will be considered)
• Strong familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory (AD), and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving network issues, setting up network drives, and working with cybersecurity and endpoint devices
