About The Role

We're seeking a Product Manager to lead our flagship product. This role is integral to enhancing and driving value through innovative marketplace solutions. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic projects and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our product capabilities. Your leadership and vision will directly influence the evolution of Talent Marketplace, ensuring it remains the core driver of our business success.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmap development for our flagship products.
• Partner with engineering, design, customers and GTM to define product requirements and features
• Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand customer needs and pain points
• Translate customer insights into compelling product features and experiences
• Define success metrics and use data to inform product decisions
• Collaborate with marketing to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
• Work with CS and sales teams to gather feedback and create enablement materials
• Represent the voice of the customer throughout the product development process
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform product direction
• Manage product releases and communications to internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience with a focus on innovative B2B or B2B2C solutions
• Proven track record of delivering successful products and features
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
• Experience with customer discovery methodologies and user research
• Technical background or ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
