We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with strong analytical skills, business understanding, and a passion for driving operational and data-driven excellence.
Position Type: Full-time — Maternity Leave Replacement
Location: Central Israel
Role Overview:
- Analyze business needs and define system and process requirements
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams
- Define KPIs and support the creation of basic BI reports and dashboards
- Perform light data analysis in Excel and assist with operational workflows
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong business understanding and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
