Program Manager

We are looking for a Program Manager to take ownership of a strategic customer engagement, aligning internal teams with customer needs and ensuring smooth delivery and execution. This is a high-impact role requiring strong communication, execution, and coordination across product, data, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of a strategic program for a major enterprise customer.
• Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams (Product, R&D, Data) and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their goals, pain points, and system usage — and translate those into actionable internal priorities.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery by managing expectations, resolving blockers, and keeping all parties aligned.
• Track progress using tools like Jira and Confluence, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across teams.
• Maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience managing complex delivery initiatives in a tech/product environment.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers, including managing expectations, gathering requirements, and ensuring successful delivery.
• Hands-on involvement in complex technology products — such as platforms involving data, pricing engines, APIs, or AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of how to translate business needs into product and engineering actions.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English.
• High comfort level working with technical teams (R&D, Data, Product).
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and execution-focused.
• Availability for partial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours.
  
  

• Experience with AI/ML or data products.
• Background in aviation, travel-tech, eCommerce, or dynamic pricing.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade delivery tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce).
• Experience supporting long-term strategic accounts in a high-growth tech environment.
