Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and resources to individuals and families in need, conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and connecting clients with appropriate services. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records, collaborating with healthcare providers, and advocating for clients' rights and needs.

Qualifications

• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Experience in case management and resource coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Knowledge of social work ethics and best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English languages
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Relevant licensure or certification in Social Work
