Role Description
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving VYBS’s global growth. You’ll own the entire sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to closing and expanding partnerships with leading mobile gaming companies. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-impact team and directly shape our go-to-market success.
You’ll report to the VP of Revenue and work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding results for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with game developers and strategic partners
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and ongoing upsell opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong, long-term relationships
- Understand clients’ needs and translate them into actionable insights for product and data teams
- Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and proposals to prospects and existing partners
- Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account health
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices
- Act as a brand ambassador for VYBS at industry events, conferences, and online
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a direct sales role - must
- At least 2 years in the MarTech, AdTech, or Mobile Gaming industries - must
- Existing network within the rewarded UA ecosystem - preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for winning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English at a native level required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
