About the role:

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and knows how to bring clarity through data. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and drive real impact.

In this role, you’ll:

• Act as the analytics partner for product managers, providing strategic analysis independently, from high-level requests to actionable insights
• Develop and execute strategies with a focus on client value, measuring progress, and adapting plans as needed.
• Apply critical thinking and creativity to solve non-standard problems, always aiming for innovative and impactful solutions.
• Communicate effectively, using data to make convincing arguments and advocate for strategic initiatives.
• Mentor other Product Analysts and apply expertise in analysis, data visualization, and data mining to provide actionable insights for management.
  
  

• At least 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Business Analys
• Proven experience in developing data-driven strategies and adapting to changing project need
• Accountability & Self leadership — taking full responsibility for tasks E2E, and ability to prioritize business needs
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous or abstract tasks and turn them into actionable plans
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
• Enjoys working collaboratively across teams, understands that only ~50% of the role is solo work
• Comfortable asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and delivering fast, even if things aren't perfect
• Please note that this role is on a hybrid model of 4 days/week in our Tel-Aviv office.
  
  

• Previous knowledge of the food industry
• Experience in using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Python, R)
• Experience working with data science teams or analyzing AI-driven products data
