Developer around the world are building innovative payment apps through Nilos API.
We are hiring our first support position and looking for a sharp and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join us.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients, assisting with technical queries, and providing demos for potential customers and API users. But mainly, as the first support position in the team, you’ll have the freedom to set up new processes, suggest tools and improvements in order to ease the integration process of our client.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance on how to utilize Nilos’ systems effectively.
- Jump into support calls to assist clients in real-time, diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly.
- Conduct technical demos for potential clients, showcasing Nilos’ platform and APIs, ensuring clients understand the value of our services.
- Implement new processes and tools in order to help us scale support with an increasing numbers of customers.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure technical improvements are implemented.
- Document support processes and solutions, contributing to our knowledge base for internal and client-facing resources.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical support engineer role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and technical demos.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology or payment systems is a plus.
