Supports end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment activities, working closely with senior leadership throughout the deal lifecycle—from opportunity identification to post-merger integration.

What will your job look like?

• You will support the assessment and execution of acquisitions and strategic investments, including strategic analysis, financial modeling, and preparation of executive-level materials.
• You will coordinate and manage internal due diligence processes, collaborating with business and functional teams to ensure timely and thorough deliverables.
• You will assist in valuation, risk analysis, and deal structuring, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• You will prepare and support presentations for senior management and Board-level discussions.
• You will research and maintain a pipeline of target markets, technologies, and companies, with a focus on innovation and growth.
• You will contribute to deal flow screening, strategic fit analysis, and competitive landscape evaluation.
  
  

• BSc Computer science, information systems/ BA / MBA in Business, Economics, or a related field from a leading institution (with top grades), etc.
• At least 5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, top-tier consulting, corporate development, or strategy. Add also finance units, VCs, PEs, CTO Office
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to support multiple initiatives across a complex organization.
• Passion for M&A and willingness to invest time and creativity in analyzing and executing transaction opportunities
• Excellent financial analysis and valuation capabilities.
• Experience in the telecom industry – an advantage
• Experience in post-merger integration (PMI) – a plus
• Significant advantage: familiarity with AI and data technologies.
