Regional Sales Director - Israel and Europe

The Regional Sales Director will be based in Israel and will play a pivotal role in expanding Mobilicom’s presence in the European and Israeli markets.
This is a hands-on position, requiring both strategic planning and active sales execution.
The role involves direct engagement with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Drone and Robotics manufacturers and integrators, as well as with end-users such as the European Armed Forces and IDF / Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMoD).
This position is based at the company’s Israeli headquarters in Shoham.
Main Responsibilities and Goals:·
- Identify, develop, qualify and close business in Europe and Israel
- Driving sales process – from lead generation to closing deals, and everything in between.·
- Proven record of closing large deals.·
- B2B Sales Experience to large Defense Integrators as well as to smaller integrators.
- Analyzing the marketplace and building a winning strategy across multiple layers of the customer
- Conduct an active and ongoing search for new potential opportunities·
- Conduct business negotiations to obtain and optimize new contracts·
- Reports to VP Sales Europe and Israel
Desired Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years of sales experience to drones, UAV and robotics companies ·
- At least 3 years of sales experience of electronic equipment and sub-system successfully integrated into System Integrator platform.·
- Demonstrated success in selling payloads, video cameras, or datalinks to the drone and UGV markets, with in-depth knowledge of the drone ecosystem·
- Experience in closing B2B contracts with the large Israeli integrators (Elbit, IAI, Rafael, IMoD)·
- Experience in closing B2B contracts with drone manufacturers ·
- Self-motivated, organized, focused competitive and goal-oriented.·
- Fluent English (writing and speaking), Good written and verbal communication skills·
- Experience in wireless equipment sales – a major advantage·
- Experience in Cyber Security sales to the Drone eco-system – a major advantage·
- BSc in SW / E. Engineering and MBA degree – advantage
