We are looking for an experienced Frontend Tech Lead Engineer to join our core team and build the single source of truth for the financial world. In this role, you will create a platform that completely changes an industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications across the stack, with a strong emphasis on front-end experiences.
• Work closely with Product and Design to build beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness across platforms.
• Participate in design and code reviews to uphold high standards.
• Stay current with best practices, tools, and technologies.
• Drive end-to-end feature development, from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape product vision and architecture.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly solutions for customers.
  
  

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, with a strong emphasis on front-end engineering.
• Proven experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Ability to approach development with a system-wide perspective, understanding the implications of decisions across the stack.
• Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
