We’re now looking for a Development Team Lead to join our journey of innovation, growth, and large-scale impact.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of software developers – both technically and managerially.
• Own task planning, prioritization, and day-to-day guidance of team members.
• Ensure high-quality, well-tested code and adherence to delivery timelines.
• Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Mentor and grow your team members professionally and personally.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams.
• Take part in architectural and technological decision-making processes.
• Lead continuous improvement in team tools, methodologies, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on support in complex issues when needed.
• Own the team’s culture: feedback, 1-on-1s, and fostering a great work environment.

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven experience leading a development team or technical group
• Strong command of relevant technologies: .NET Core, C#, MVC, React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong leadership, initiative, and system-level thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments – advantage.
• Passion for learning and driving innovation.
