Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data/BI Systems Analyst to join a top-tier hospital at the forefront of medical innovation. This is a unique opportunity to work on advanced analytics and AI-based solutions in the healthcare domain, supporting strategic decision-making and contributing to digital transformation in medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and define business and technical requirements across various clinical, operational, and administrative departments.
• Write functional and technical specification documents for BI and Data infrastructure, including source-to-target mappings and AI/ML models.
• Perform data modeling to support analytical solutions and smart applications.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Machine Learning teams to implement AI tools and models.
• Design and specify data-driven decision-support systems (dashboards, KPIs, etc.).
• Conduct feasibility analyses and adapt data structures for AI/ML projects.
• Actively contribute to the creation of tools for massive data analysis (Big Data) and BI.
• Work closely with IT and InfoSec teams to ensure compliance with medical data regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, etc.).
• 2–4 years of experience in data/BI systems analysis – required.
• Proven experience in writing functional and technical specifications – required.
• Hands-on experience in data modeling for BI or analytical systems – required.
• Strong command of SQL – required.
• Previous experience with healthcare information systems – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with data management in AI/ML projects – strong advantage.
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik – advantage.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration – advantage.
• Deep understanding of organizational processes and analytical thinking.
• High interpersonal skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
