Vice President Finance

Job Description: VP Finance – Fintech

Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of the finance department – controllers, accountants, administration, and financial operations.

Development and implementation of financial strategies and processes tailored to the fintech world.

Oversight of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and compliance with regulations.

Management of cash flow, investments, risks, and tax planning.

Responsibility for reporting to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Promotion of automation and process improvement.

Financial consulting for senior management.

Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of accounts, including PSPs (Payment Service Providers), bank accounts, and intercompany transactions.

Oversight of multi-currency operations, including transactions, reporting, and compliance across foreign bank accounts and international subsidiaries.

Requirements:

Senior management experience in finance (preferably in fintech/high-tech).

Deep understanding of financial regulations – significant advantage.

Experience in managing teams of controllers and accountants.

Full proficiency in financial reporting, planning, and analysis.

Proven experience in account reconciliation processes, including PSPs, and working with multi-currency environments, foreign banks, and international entities.

High level of English – mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).

Proficiency in financial systems, accounting software, and Excel.

Willingness to work from Monday to Friday.

Willingness to travel abroad once every two months.

Relevant degree – mandatory; master’s degree/CPAdegree/CPA – advantage.
