We are a successful international recruitment agency looking for an experienced and motivated recruiter to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who can manage diverse positions, build strong client relationships, and deliver results independently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-end recruitment: from sourcing to successful placement
• Manage and nurture client relationships as a trusted recruitment partner
• Work across industries and job functions – adaptability is key
• Take ownership of roles and drive the process forward with urgency and professionalism
• Collaborate with a supportive team while working independently

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of agency recruiting experience
• Proven success in managing multiple roles and clients simultaneously
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with remote work, self-managed schedules, and performance-driven environments
• Fluent Hebrew and English; additional languages are a plus
