The Role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer / Tech Lead with deep experience in React and headless frontend architecture. You’ll be the founding frontend lead, working closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build world-class UIs for our cloud-native security products.

You must be both hands-on and strategic: architect, code, mentor, and drive decisions. You’ll set the standard for frontend excellence and take ownership of everything that runs in the browser.

:Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of frontend systems from scratch

Build performant, accessible, and beautiful React-based applications

Define and maintain scalable component libraries, design systems, and API contracts

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers

Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD flows, testing strategies, and code quality standards

Mentor and potentially grow a small team of frontend engineers

Take full ownership of product features from concept to production

:Requirements

7+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in React

Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, web architecture, and performance optimization

Experience with headless frontend architecture and integration with backend-first platforms (e.g., GraphQL, REST, headless CMS, micro frontends)

Strong architectural skills and experience building UI frameworks or design systems

Startup or 0-to-1 project experience is a strong advantage

Passion for security, cloud, or enterprise software is a plus

Excellent communication and leadership skills
