Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager located in Tel Aviv, Israel. We’re looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media Manager / Content Producer to lead our content and distribution efforts. You’ll work closely with our CEO to ideate, script, produce, and distribute compelling short-form content across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X). This person should have a strong understanding of venture capital, startups, and content trends that founders care about. You’ll own the full content lifecycle—from brainstorming and scripting to production coordination, editing feedback, and posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination and logistics for filming, including podcast studio bookings
• Develop content ideas aligned with startup fundraising, VC insights, and founder-focused narratives
• Conduct weekly meetings with the CEO to discuss content strategy, review drafts, and plan filming
• Prepare short scripts or talking points for filmed content
• Collaborate with video editors to ensure final edits communicate the right message and tone
• Bonus: If you have your own network of editors or editing capabilities
• Write captions and schedule/publish content across platforms in Nina’s and LionRun’s voice
• Post every day on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube Shorts
• Analyze performance, plan the upcoming month’s content calendar, and continuously optimize

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing content strategies
• Has a niche for short-form video content
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
