Your Mission:

You’ll fully own campaigns across Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and Google — from launch to scale. Proactive, highly motivated, and always focused on growing performance day by day

Your role includes:

 • Launching and optimizing paid campaigns across Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain (plus TikTok/Google if relevant)

 • Analyzing performance daily and making data-driven decisions

 • Collaborating with the creative team to test new angles and visuals

 • Using AI tools to boost speed and results

 • Spotting growth opportunities and pushing for scale

You’ll thrive here if you:

 • Are curious, proactive, and results-driven

 • Have 1+ year of hands-on media buying experience — Facebook is a must

 • Are comfortable with numbers and making data-based decisions

 • Know how to manage multiple campaigns without dropping the ball

 • Communicate well in English – both written and spoken

 • Aren’t afraid to try, fail, learn, and try again
