Marketing Operations Manager

About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can turn strategy into action with focus, structure, and a strong sense of ownership.

The strategic direction has already been defined. Your role will be to ensure smooth, timely, and accurate execution across all relevant channels and platforms.

You will work closely with the CEO and AI tools to implement content, campaigns, landing pages, automation flows, and day-to-day marketing operations.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by bringing plans to life through clear coordination and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and deploy marketing campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, blog, HubSpot)
• Launch and optimize landing pages, forms, automations
• Coordinate the implementation of content across StoryChief, HubSpot, and distribution flows
• Ensure every piece of Tier 1 launch content is published, tracked, and measured
• Run and monitor lead generation activities in collaboration with partnerships and sales
• Own timelines and deadlines for all marketing deliverables
• Act as the daily execution hub across marketing, CS, sales, and partnerships
• Track what’s live, what’s delayed, and what needs your push
• Identify blockers and solve them, independently or by escalating
  
  

• Proven experience in a B2B marketing operations or execution role within a startup or fast-paced tech environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong execution focus
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
• Comfortable with hands-on work in tools such as StoryChief, HubSpot, LinkedIn campaign tools, and Google Sheets
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with 5–6 stakeholders on a regular basis
• Self-driven and fast-moving, with a mindset of taking action first and reviewing later when appropriate
• Execution-oriented thinking- able to anticipate steps ahead, identify blockers, and keep momentum without owning the full strategy
