Product Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our IT visibility and cybersecurity platform. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in B2B technology products—whether in product management, technical pre-sales, technical product roles, or IT infrastructure/security solutions.

You'll work closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing to ensure our product continues to solve real customer challenges while staying ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user feedback, product data, and customer interactions to identify insights and drive product decisions.
• Conduct market and competitive research to strengthen our positioning in the IT and cybersecurity space.
• Work with data and product analytics to inform roadmap priorities.
• Assist in backlog grooming and defining product requirements for development.
• Research and validate new product features and growth opportunities, with the potential to take ownership of key initiatives over time.
• Support product marketing efforts to ensure strong messaging and positioning.
• Act as the main liaison for Customer Success, Support, and Sales, ensuring the voice of the customer is well represented in product decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in product management (B2B-SaaS) or related roles (Technical Pre/Post-Sales, Product Operations, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or similar) - a must
• Strong analytical and research skills – experience working with data, metrics, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – ability to translate technical concepts into actionable product insights.
• Proven experience with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud environments, or cybersecurity.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
