We are an online advertising ad-tech company seeking a detail-oriented Ad Operations to serve as the critical link between our development and business teams while managing all the advertising technical operations for various online products & platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination & Communication- Act as a primary link between development and business teams, ensuring clear communication of technical requirements and product delivery timelines
- Understand both the business needs and the technical requirements of various systems, both in-house and vendor provided
- Facilitate troubleshooting sessions and problem resolution
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa
- Configure and manage third-party advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Facebook etc.)
- Set up and maintain tracking URLs, postback configurations, and pixel implementations
- Manage domain acquisitions and DNS configurations
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking, attribution, and data flow
- Ensure proper implementation of tracking codes and conversion pixels
- Manage user access and permissions for various ad platforms
- Document technical processes and maintain operational playbooks
- Strong understanding of internet fundamentals (URL structures, HTTP protocols, DNS)
- Experience with postback systems and server-to-server tracking
- Familiarity with ad-tech platforms and tools, such as: Facebook, Outbrain, Taboola
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in technical configurations
- Delivery oriented. Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Experience with monitoring and analytics tools (Grafana, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of SQL for basic data analysis
- Experience with API integrations and webhook configurations
- Understanding of affiliate marketing and performance marketing principles (Such as ROI, CR, CTR, CPC, EPC, etc.)
- Basic scripting abilities (Python, bash, etc.) Basic DevOps capabilities and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background or experience in the AdTech industry
