Representative.
We’re seeking a driven and skilled professional to join our growing team and take
a leading role in promoting and launching cutting-edge technology into the
market.
About the job: Business Development Representative (BDR)
One of the key strategic growth pillars at Roojoom is leveraging channel
partnerships to drive sales. Roojoom has formed partnerships—and continues to
expand them—with global and local brands in the SMB software and
communication services space.
The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new channel partners in
order to generate high-quality meetings that can lead to strategic collaboration
deals.
Your day-to-day will include:
● Researching, identifying, and qualifying new sales opportunities via
outbound cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound lead follow-up.
● Scheduling meetings or demos for the business team with qualified
prospects.
● Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate, timely information.
● Collaborating with the marketing team to support campaign execution and
provide feedback.
● Continuously expanding knowledge of our products, services, and relevant
market trends.
● Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs—including call and email
volume, meetings booked, and contribution to the sales pipeline.
Location: Israel (working U.S. hours if based in Israel)
Your day to day will be a good fit if you have:
● 3+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in the tech/SaaS space.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
● High level of organization and time-management capabilities.
● Resilience, persistence, and a positive, proactive attitude.
● Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) – an advantage.
● Availability to work US business hours.
