We’re looking for a recruiter with experience in high-volume recruitment to take on a meaningful role leading mass hiring processes for one of Israel’s largest and most influential companies.
In this role you will:
Manage end-to-end mass recruitment processes
Lead sourcing efforts and implement recruitment strategies
Manage or guide a team of recruiters and/or lead recruitment projects
Work closely with hiring managers and operational teams
Help build and scale efficient, high-volume hiring pipelines
Requirements:
Experience in mass recruitment – must
Experience in recruiting for call centers, customer service, manufacturing, industrial roles, or other high-volume environments – a plus
Team player with strong organizational and communication skills
