Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Define and execute marketing and communication activities based on the company’s marketing plan
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across channels (social media, events, promotions)
• Track and analyze the performance of all marketing initiatives and optimize accordingly

Content Creation & Design

• Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Design visual materials including flyers, reels, presentations, and promotional assets

Lead Generation & Communication

• Coordinate marketing efforts to generate qualified leads
• Inform clients and prospects about our products and services through creative and targeted strategies

Team Collaboration & Planning

• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align marketing efforts
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Support the organization of trainings, workshops, and product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, including social media and campaign management
• Strong graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and content creation skills
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; Hebrew and English are strong advantages
• Experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM systems is a plus
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and creative mindset
