Integration Engineer

We are seeking an Integration Engineer to join our world class Deployment team. In this role, you’ll be working closely with both R&D, customer success and other mission-critical teams.

This customer-facing position requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise that you will leverage in technical discussions when designing deployment processes, and implementing a cutting-edge product.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain the product at multiple locations worldwide
• Review and constantly improve the infrastructure and deployment implementations of various technological solutions
• Implement various IT and security solutions both during deployment and in post-deployment phases
• Ensure that all the customer aspects and requirements that were designed and approved are implemented
• Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams such as Technical Support, Sales, IT, Customer Success and more
  
  

• At least 3 years proven experience as an Integration Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Deployment Engineer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Linux
• Deep understanding of networks and various protocols
• Strong technical knowledge, preferably in cyber security
• Experience supporting on-prem platforms
• Ability to travel abroad 20%
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Delivery-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Fluent English – both verbal and written
  
  

• Experience working with Automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Python, Bash scripting, etc.
• Experience with implementing security solutions and HW such as VPNs, FireWalls, etc.
