We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing AI & UX design company. This is a high-impact role where you’ll manage critical daily operations, from scheduling content across platforms to managing inboxes and calendars. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and enjoy working with AI tools, this is for you.

🚀 What you’ll do

Manage and schedule social media content using AI tools (training provided).
Oversee inbox and calendar management for the CEO, including color-coding, prioritization, and filtering leads.
Set up and manage email automations, Zoom events, and online courses.
Upload blogs and podcasts, ensuring SEO optimization.
Track performance of social media posts and sales sources.
Share resources with social media commenters and filter leads who’ve joined our courses.
Conduct outreach (LinkedIn and email) to podcast guests and UX leaders.
Make occasional follow-up calls to warm leads.
Manage Slack and updates to landing pages.

💡 What you’ll bring

✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

✅ Familiarity with tools like ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, LinkedIn, Slack, and Google Workspace (or willingness to learn fast).

✅ Experience scheduling social media content across platforms.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

✅ Comfort working in a dynamic, AI-first environment.

✅ Tech-savvy and resourceful — you don’t wait to be told twice.

🪄 Bonus points if you have

Experience in a startup or supporting a senior executive.
Knowledge of Stripo, podcast platforms, and SEO basics.
Familiarity with UX or design spaces.
