Shift Manager

We are looking for a Shift Manager to join our Operations team in the Emek Hefer site.

Team

The EMK01 micro-fulfillment center offers a pick and pack service for retailers.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a robotic warehouse, including picking processes, inbound and outbound activities. You will oversee facility staff, ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment operations, deliver high-quality client service, and handle the initial technical response related to the robotic system.

What you’ll do

• Report to the site manager or deputy.
• Oversee the entire shift operation end-to-end, including all inbound and outbound activities, while ensuring SLA targets and order fulfillment goals are consistently met.
• Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with the site’s safety procedures and protocols
• Manage team members for efficient and professional work.
• Ensure that proof of work complies with established procedures.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, drivers, and both technical & safety teams

• Flexible shift availability: 06:30-15:00 / 14:30 -23:00 / 22:30 -07:00
• We operate Sun-Thur, with morning shifts on Fri and night shifts on Sat
• Availability for a full time job: 5 shifts per week.Required
