Are you an experienced CEO in international business management seeking a new challenge? Focus Group is actively looking to fill the position of Defense CEO for our defense manufacturing plant this summer.

Key Requirements:

- Proven CEO experience in industrial manufacturing companies with 200-300 employees (mandatory)

- Management experience in defense manufacturing (advantageous)

- Background in defense and understanding of the industry (advantageous)

- Green Army veteran status (advantageous, not mandatory)

- Minimum 5-7 years of CEO experience (mandatory)

- Sales and business development management experience internationally (mandatory)

- Ability to drive organizational changes effectively (mandatory)

- Proficient in English (mandatory)

- Knowledge of additional languages (advantageous)

- Experience in international tender submissions (great advantage)

- Familiarity with European, Asian, and North American markets (great advantage)
