Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SEO Specialist, located in Modiin, Israel. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, executing link-building strategies, analyzing web data, and implementing on-page SEO. The role involves working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts and achieving optimal SEO results for clients.

You will also:

• Use generative AI to manage content creation and optimization, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy
• Develop and execute AI Engine Optimization strategies to improve content visibility across AI-powered interfaces (Google SGE and AI Mode, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude)
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI, LLMs, and content optimization
• Monitor and analyze performance across traditional search engines and AI platforms
• Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI summarization models
• Research and implement AI and automation solutions to scale performance
• Understand the evolving landscape of search, including GEO and LLM optimization

Qualifications

• Experience in Keyword Research and implementing On-Page SEO strategies
• Skills in conducting SEO Audits and performing data analysis using Web Analytics tools
• Proficiency in Link Building techniques
• Highly familiar with GenAI tools and their application in SEO and content optimization
• Understanding of AI-driven platforms and how they source, summarize, and surface information
• Knowledge of structured data, semantic SEO, and prompt engineering basics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
