We're Hiring – SOC Team Leader

An exciting opportunity to lead a professional SOC team in a cutting-edge environment, working with advanced technologies, cloud platforms, automation tools, and complex cyber events.

Your responsibilities:

✔ Lead, mentor, and develop a SOC team – including training plans, professional development, and setting goals

✔ Full responsibility for cyber security incidents – investigation, escalation, reporting, lessons learned

✔ Work with SIEM and SOAR platforms (Cortex), Microsoft Defender, and Azure environments

✔ Design and implement network architecture for mid-to-large organizations

✔ Handle advanced cyber threats such as DDoS attacks, phishing campaigns, and complex security incidents

Requirements:

🔹 At least 1 year of proven experience in managing SOC teams -mandatory

🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience as a senior SOC analyst (Tier2 / Top Tier) - mandatory

🔹 Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms – mandatory

🔹 Experience with SOAR platforms (Cortex) – advantage

🔹 Strong knowledge of security technologies: AV, NAC, DLP, EDR, FW, IPS, Sandbox, Cloud Security, etc.

🔹 Deep familiarity with Azure and AWS environments

🔹 Ability to manage incidents independently and make technical decisions end-to-end

🔹 High-level communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)

🔹 Availability to support the team during critical incidents (evenings/weekends if needed)
