Among our customers are industry giants such as Nestlé, Quaker, and Osem.

Our product team is expanding its global responsibility to oversee the complete digital journey of all Ingersoll-Rand customers. We're looking for ambitious, talented Product Managers to join us in driving this transformation. A Day in Your Life

· Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement.

· Become the subject-matter expert on your product domain, industry best practices, and competitor landscape.

· Translate the product vision into clear, detailed requirements for development and prototyping.

· Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements to drive impactful product roadmaps.

· Collaborate closely with our UX designers to conceptualize and refine user flows.

· Work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.

· Monitor product adoption, collect user feedback, and continuously iterate to enhance value and usability.

· Define and track tangible KPIs to measure success and guide data-informed decisions.

What It Takes to Succeed

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Product Management,

SaaS B2B or B2B2C enterprise environments experience-a plus

· Demonstrated success owning the full product development lifecycle.

· Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

· Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts and potential technology integrations.

· Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

· Highly analytical and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.

· Experience working in Agile environments.

· A personal passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the planet.
