Integration Practical Engineer – UAE (Relocation Required)

CONTROP-UAE is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integration Practical Engineer to join our team and support the integration of advanced multidisciplinary systems. This hands-on role involves working with cutting-edge electro-optical technologies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise optical alignments and calibrations

• Conduct system-level testing and engineering experiments

• Troubleshoot complex electro-optical systems

• Assemble and integrate advanced EO/IR observation systems

• Ensure production processes meet timelines, quality standards and performance requirements

• Support system integration at customer sites, including field deployments and factory settings

• Implement and maintain electrical system integration and specialized electronics calibration procedures

• Provide technical expertise in the integration and testing of observation systems

• Deliver hands-on knowledge transfer to customers, including on-the-job training (OJT) and technical instruction as part of the integration process

• Willingness to relocate to the UAE for a minimum of 3 years

• Electronics Practical Engineering Degree or equivalent (mandatory)

• Proven experience in integrating hardware, software, and optomechanical systems

• Training-oriented mindset and instructional ability

• Experience with electro-optical systems – a significant advantage

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure and tight deadlines
