About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and hands-on HR Operations Specialist to join us temporarily during a maternity leave period. This role is key to maintaining smooth and compliant HR processes, supporting both employees and managers in a fast-paced environment
What Will You Do:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle: offboarding, employment contracts, and status changes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll, legal, and finance teams.
- Handle employee time off, leave, and general HR inquiries.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Use Monday.com to track HR tasks and workflows.
- Collaborate on team-wide HR initiatives and improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or HR admin.
- Experience using Monday.com, Google Workspace, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Israeli labor law.
- Strong attention to detail, trustworthiness, and communication.
- Fluent in Arabic, English and Hebrew.
