Senior Frontend Engineer, Platform

What You'll Do

• Contribute to the design and implementation of our micro-frontends architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
• Define and enforce frontend architectural standards, best practices, and tooling.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to fullstack development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration.
• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new frontend technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in our development processes and tooling.
  
  

• 7+ years experience building complex, large-scale, fullstack web applications with a focus on frontend development.
• 3+ years experience with React and a strong understanding of its ecosystem,
• Proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining micro-frontends architectures in a production environment.
• Familiarity with backend concepts such as API design, data modeling, databases, authentication, authorization, and caching to ensure smooth frontend-backend collaboration.
• Working knowledge of asynchronous flows to scale; broad experience with message brokers such as AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience working in Agile, CI/CD environments.
• Proactive approach with the ability to organize self and work effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
