Application Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Mid/Senior Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow development and a passion for continuous learning.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated, quick to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services.

• Implement complex solutions using ServiceNow's APIs (REST), server and client-side scripting, Flow Designer, Workspaces, and UI Builder.

• Create new scoped applications and enhance existing ones.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.

• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience with a focus on Service Portal and front-end customization.

• Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5/CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Experience with ITSM/CSM and other out-of-the-box (OOB) modules.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in English, both speaking and writing/
